Candleholders, usually in a circular arrangement, designed to hold the four or five candles that are lit successively on the four Advent Sundays before Christmas, with the optional fifth candle lit on Christmas Eve. Advent candleholders may be decorative items in themselves, or concealed within an Advent wreath.
