- Motifs in the form of horns of plenty, symbolism derived from ancient Greek mythology; originally, a curved goat's horn possessed by the nymph Amalthaea, which could be filled with whatever the owner wished. Most often depicted or formed as a horn or cone filled with fruits and grain.
