Scope note
The toy consists of a sturdy cord with two hard plastic balls at the ends. The cord is knotted to a plastic tab. This tab is held between the thumb and forefinger, so that the balls hang side by side in equilibrium. A quick up and down motion of the wrist causes the balls above and below the wrist to tap against each other, creating a click-clack sound.
