Scope note
Flowers, often with stems attached, and other plants that are treated so as to remove moisture and in order to preserve them. Methods of drying flowers include hanging to dry, covering with a desiccant such as glycerin and silica, or pressing between paper, a textile, or another absorbent, wicking material.
