Kodacolor (TM)

- A trademark of Eastman Kodak Company. A chromogenic process to produce subtractive-color negatives in an integral tripack. The process produces integral color masks, which give the film its characteristic orange color. First marketed in 1941, the Kodacolor process has been improved several times. All modern color negative processes are variants of the Kodacolor process.
