Mechanized devices designed to process and condense large quantities of wool or other fiberous materials into felt material at high speeds. To automate the work of needle felting, the device exposes fiberous materials to a needle board or multineedle holder into which a large number of barbed needles are fixed. The needles rapidly move up and down so that they poke the fiberous materials and catch the scales of the fibers. This needling action interlocks and tangles the fibers to form a compacted felt fabric.
