- Headdresses worn by Yup'ik communities, usually made out of animal hide and caribou hair. Consists of a headband with animal hair attached to one half of the band, forming a crown-like shape above the wearer's head. Sometimes the headband is decorated with beadwork, both on the band and hanging underneath, placed in front of the wearer's eyes. Worn as regalia for Yup'ik and intratribal dances.
