Refers to the style and culture of a group of First Nations indigenous peoples, largely residing in the interior of British Columbia, Canada, with some territories extending into the northern part of Washington state, in the United States. Generally, the Interior Salish peoples are: the St'át'imc (also Lillooet), the Secwepemc (Shuswap), the Nlaka'pamux (Thompson), Sinixt, and Okanagan First Nations.
