Scope note:

Tic-tac-toe is a simple two player game. It can be played on a sheet of paper, or with objects. The game is played on 3 by 3 fields, which are all empty at the start. One player puts a 'cross' (Xs) and the other player a 'circle' (Os). Whoever has three of their own characters in a row, which may be diagonal, vertical or horizontal, is the winner.
