Scope note:

A computational imaging technique that creates a virtual three-dimensional digital surrogate of a subject that can be interactively relit from any direction. An RTI file is a composite of multiple images of a subject photographed from a fixed position for which a light source has been repositioned at a constant radius from the subject, thus creating a hemisphere of positions.
