Scope note:

A species of small tree native to southeastern Yunnan and northern Vietnam. In the latter location its bast fibers are harvested to make dó paper, which is in turned used to make Ðông Hồ folk woodcut paintings. It is the only species in the genus Rhamnoneuron.
